24 gage, galvanized steel.
Two 26 gage, galvanized steel blades with rubber gasket sandwiched between blades.
The ProR80J is a round damper with the A80 actuator for open/close or modulating operation with two RJ11 jacks for easy connection to the panel and other dampers in the same zone. A 25-foot cable is provided with the damper.
The BMR mechanical bypass damper has a weighted arm that can be adjusted for the amount of bypass required. As the duct pressure increases, the damper opens to relieve excess pressure.

DAMPER BLADE
Dampers feature a foam gasket sandwiched between two blades that provides an excellent air seal. Other manufacturers use a 1/2 inch weather seal on the damper shell that redues the effective diameter by 1-inch. The damper uses our A80 actuator that has been tested to over 9 million cycles. Other manufacturers use the less reliable spring return style actuator.
